The rules that govern your use of Candy Chase! and other CHRONIX GAMES titles.
By downloading, installing, or using any game published by CHRONIX GAMES ("we," "us," "our"), including Candy Chase! (collectively, the "Games"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Games for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You agree not to: (a) use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the Games; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Games; (c) use the Games for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law; (d) harass, abuse, or harm other players.
The Games may offer virtual currency, items, or content for purchase ("Virtual Items"). All purchases are subject to the applicable terms, refund policies, and requirements of the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable. Purchases are non-refundable except where refunds are required by applicable law or the applicable platform's policies. Virtual Items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Games, including all associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of CHRONIX GAMES and its licensors.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Games if you violate these Terms or applicable law, or if necessary to protect the Games, our services, or other users. Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before taking such action.
The Games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHRONIX GAMES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Games.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where applicable local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Games after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
